A leading regenerative medicine company focused on empowering healing through the development, manufacturing, and sale of products for the advanced wound care, and surgical and sports medicine markets needed assistance from Osprey Life Sciences.
Specifically, the client needed to (1) manage the due diligence process for selecting a new ITSM system vendor and (2) implement the new solution.
They asked Osprey to provide project management expertise to oversee each of these facets of work to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the new ITSM application.

This included coordinating internal sessions to define integrated operational processes to be implemented for change control and leveraging system features available in incident management that were not initially included in the project charter.
