Kelly is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry. Her career began at Genzyme Corporation, where she established a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, GxP quality software application system ownership, and quality system development.

Throughout her career, Kelly has excelled in implementing software solutions and managing cross-functional teams on a global scale. She has been deeply involved in End-to-End Services for GxP quality applications, showcasing her expertise in quality support, change control processes, and system validation.

Transitioning into consulting, Kelly has successfully managed and expanded the Quality Services area, Offshore support, and Talent Acquisition. In her current role, she is tasked with growing the Life Sciences sector, leveraging her ability to build strategic relationships and address client needs effectively. Kelly also provides oversight to her teams, directing a skilled group of IT Quality professionals.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kelly’s passions lie in her family, Pilates, hiking, and personal development. She is also deeply committed to volunteering and dedicates her time to developing and mentoring women in the industry.
